HEALTHY RECIPES: Cinnamon Papaya Digestive Smoothie

1 cup papaya chunks
1 cup broad leaf parsley, loosely packed
1/2 cup natural yoghurt with live cultures
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon raw or Manuka honey
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed or chia seed
1 cup ice to blend
Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
