GALLERY: My raw and vegan creations on the menu at Fresh, Taksu
Working at Taksu has been a great opportunity for me. After I presented some ideas and sample raw and vegan menus to the management, the idea of a raw vegan restaurant at Taksu quickly grew. Fresh, launched in September on the lovely open-air terrace of Taksu’s gorgeous jungle paradise, is my pride and joy. It’s such an honor to have a restaurant built around and inspired by my work, and I love going to work every day, more than ever. And it is especially gratifying to see so many people loving their experiences, and leaving five star reviews when they leave. Here’s a gallery of some of my creations at Fresh.
