I’m so excited to be hosting Rawfood Classes at Taksu, Ubud. The classes have grown out of guests at Fresh, Taksu’s raw and vegan restaurant, who want to learn something about the rawfood they’ve enjoyed, and maybe even try to make the dishes back at home.
The classes are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 1pm and run four hours. More about the classes:
A four-hour class that begins with an overview of the holistic principles and essential techniques of rawfood, and follows with an afternoon inside Arif’s kitchen, where everyone can help create some superb raw and vegan dishes. Arif provides easy-to-follow guidance so you can make the dishes back home (recipe book included in the take-home Taksu goodie bag). Best of all, everyone gets to eat what we make on the day!
Details: 800,000k++ per person. Class size is minimum two people; Arif asks for two-days advance notice.
